All products available on BigBic are made-to-order, meaning when you place an order, we create your item(s) specifically for you, printing them one at a time to ensure the highest quality.

While a portion of our products is printed in-house at our facilities in the US, we also collaborate with global suppliers to offer a wider selection of items to our customers. We partner only with vendors who adhere to our rigorous quality control standards. This is why delivery times may vary.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are processed on working days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

To give you an idea of when to expect your order, please refer to the time frames listed below. These apply to our most popular products and the following time periods:

Production time

The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.

Your location will determine how long it takes for our shipment to arrive. Although we collaborate closely with our logistics partners to give you precise shipping information, we are unable to guarantee delivery schedules; these are only estimates. We have no control over any delays that occur after your product or products are in transit.

1. Canvas, Bumper Plate Keychain/Ornament products: only available in US.
2. Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
3. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
4. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

ORDER TRACKING

You may log in to our website for real-time monitoring and receive email notifications as soon as your order ships. Please be aware that certain orders can require many packages to be shipped. You will get several emails and tracking numbers in these situations.

Please give the carrier five to seven days to scan your cargo into their system.

It simply indicates that the carrier has not yet processed your delivery if you try to trace it and nothing comes up. Tracking events will appear on the tracking website as soon as the package is scanned into the system.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

When checking out, be sure to provide the proper address because:

• We might have to get in touch with you for an update on the delivery details if we find any inaccurate or missing information, which could delay the delivery of your order.
• If your order is returned to the sender or delivered to the incorrect address, we are not liable.The orders will be sent back to the warehouses of our shipping partners, who will dispose of them. Please verify your provided shipping address before contacting our customer service.
  
• We ask for a reshipping cost to deliver your item again if it is returned because the address you gave was wrong.
• We are not liable if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged if you ask the carrier to forward or reroute it after the order has left our warehouse.
